Information We Collect
When you create an account we may collect your name, email, organization, and optional profile photo.
Team Data
Coaches may store team-related information such as student names, scores, uniform sizes, attendance, and announcements.
How We Use Information
Information is used only to provide team management features, improve app functionality, and maintain account security.
Data Storage
All data is securely stored using Google Firebase cloud services.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is only shared with necessary service providers or if required by law.
Children's Privacy
Student data may be entered by coaches for team management. We do not collect personal information directly from children.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly within the Coach Mode app.
To delete your account:
- Open the Coach Mode App
- Navigate to Coach Profile
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm account deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes your login credentials and coach profile information.
